TORONTO, ON: AHG Arsenault Hockey Group announces the acquisition of PS101 Prospects Teams effective September 1, 2019.
David Arsenault President of AHG Hockey Group is excited to announce that; “AHG is once again expanding with the acquisition of
PS101 Prospects Teams which will become the new AHG Academy. David Arsenault says that this is another piece in the AHG mandate
of providing a vertical affiliation and opportunities for hockey players up to age 21yrs ”to develop the skills necessary to reach
the requirements to play professional junior hockey”.

This aquisition comes with exciting vision for AHG President David Arsenault owner of the Brampton Admirals Jr A, the Brampton
Bombers Jr B and the Caledon Golden Hawks Jr C Hockey franchises that currently play out of the Brampton Memorial Arena and Caledon East Arena. David states;, “We are the only entity in Canada which provides the ability for this vertical movement from skills development through our hockey Academy to the opportunity to become part of our jr A, jr B and jr C levels of play within the same
umbrella”.

“We are the only entity in Canada which provides the ability for this vertical movement from skills development through our hockey Academy to the opportunity to become part of our jr A, jr B and jr C levels of play within the same umbrella”.

David says; “Adding PS101 Prospect teams to the AHG portfolio is very important, increasing our total development package to young
players”. With Stan Kondrotas who will join AHG with his 10 year experience in Running PS101 and more than 30 years of power skating and skills drills instruction experience, along with business operations from Robin Inscoe who is Director of Player Personnel
for AHG, we should be able to provide more teams and options for the players such as Chowder Cup teams and other tournaments
in addition to our OJDL and Carnevale teams”.

Stan Kondrotas says; “I am very excited to be part of this new beginning with AHG Academy. With a solid infrastructure in the Jr ranks of hockey in Ontario I am thrilled to be part of a entity that can provide everything PS101 Prospects teams have built in the past but can now provide opportunity for players to be seen, recruited, trained and to showcase themselves and be introduced to the highest levels of hockey in Ontario including junior A, B and C levels. This is the only organization I know of for players to and receive this type of exposure under one roof”.

David says; “We look forward to building and expanding an exciting and competitive brand, increasing the model and promoting our
hockey operations along with our junior clubs”.

AHG Director of Player Personnel Robing Inscoe says; “This is an exciting time for the Arsenault Hockey Group. The addition of the
PS101 spring/summer youth teams into the AHG Academy is the next step in the development model envisioned by owner David
Arsenault. Robin agrees that this model will allow players an opportunity to grow and develop under one umbrella, eventually moving up to the junior ranks … all within a one-stop program”.

The inaugural AHG Academy season will begin April 2020 and continue until August 2020 with various programs being offered.
Recruitment and registration will begin shortly. Please look to our website at AHGHockey.com for more information. AHG Hockey
Academy also offers skating and skill development to develope skating technique and looks forward to working closely with Stan Kondrotas through our affiliation with Stan’s PS101 Power Skating Club.
